Privacy Policy

ReadyScene is designed as a local-first creative utility. The generator runs in your browser and does not require an account, login, upload, cloud campaign database, or runtime AI request.

Generated scene inputs and outputs

The scene choices you make in the generator, such as genre, venue type, mood, locks, and generated results, are processed by the page in your browser. The current tool code does not send those scene details to a ReadyScene server for generation.

Local browser storage

ReadyScene can use your browser's localStorage for features such as Save Draft, Scene Library entries, campaign or session tags, lock state, and the light/dark theme preference.

Local storage stays on the device and browser where it was saved. It is not synced by ReadyScene. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, changing browsers, changing devices, or clearing site data may remove saved drafts and scene-library entries.

Clipboard, downloads, and printing

Copy buttons place generated text on your clipboard. Download buttons create local files through your browser. Print uses your browser's print workflow. Review copied, downloaded, or printed content before sharing it.

Hosting and basic web requests

Like most websites, ReadyScene is delivered through web hosting infrastructure. Your browser requests pages, scripts, styles, images, and other site files from the hosting provider. Those basic requests can involve information such as IP address, browser type, device details, and requested URLs in accordance with the hosting provider's normal operation and logs.

Ads, analytics, and cookies

ReadyScene uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as page views, referrers, browser type, country-level geography, and performance signals. ReadyScene does not use analytics to create accounts, collect generated scene text, or identify individual visitors.

Future versions may add advertising to support the free site. ReadyScene may publish an ads.txt file for ad-network readiness before visible ad scripts are active. If ads are added, those services may use cookies, similar browser storage, IP address information, device information, or page activity according to their own policies and the final site configuration. This policy should be updated before ad services are enabled.

Data not intentionally collected

ReadyScene is not designed to collect passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, private campaign archives, private messages, or sensitive personal records. Do not put sensitive private information into any web tool unless you are comfortable with the hosting and privacy setup.

Your choices

You can avoid saving drafts, clear browser or site data, use private browsing, copy only the text you want to keep, or download your own archive. For durable campaign notes, use your own files, notebook, virtual tabletop, or note system rather than relying on browser localStorage as the only copy.
